Hi, I'm trying to get my gaming group going again after losing a couple of players, and am looking for new blood.
We're based in the Falkirk/Stirling area, and although this may be a more Edinburgh-centric site, word is there are occasional posts from us folks out here in banjo country, so I thought I'd take a punt.
We've played various types of games over the years, but D&D has been the most common. Although we have someone who can GM, we are equally happy to have somebody else run a game.
If you're interested, give me a shout.
I'm in Stirling. I've recently enjoyed Contenders, The Shadow of Yesterday, and Polaris. Lots of easy-entry, quick, intense games. Always happy to have more along. :)
joe.r.murphy@gmail.com if you're interested.
Apologies for the delay in replying but I had both email and site registration issues which were giving me grief.
I'm encouraged that there have been a couple of indications of interest.
I'd suggest that we start with a trial game, to see if we want to get something regular going, and discuss more details then. I have some D&D and 7th Sea stuff prepped (or I'm open to suggestions of alternatives for a trial game). I'll drop a note to my existing players early in the week to start making arrangements.
Thanks again for replying.
James
Broin/Scottie,
Quick update -I've emailed the rest of my group about getting a game up and running again, and am awaiting their replies. In the meantime, I have altered my contact settings on this site, so you can now email me directly thru the user profile - probably quicker than waiting for me to read a site posting.
Feel free to drop me a note, and we can discuss what game systems/settings you prefer.

I'm happy playing anything started playing D&D and still love it despite it's many versions.

I live in Falkirk and am looking for new people to do some gaming with. I'm equally happy to play or GM and am currently putting together a Rolemaster campaign which i'll hopefully get to run at some point in the near future.
