V:tes LOTN Release Tournament

After talking to Shevvy, I vowed to post here to reminder her about the release kits for V:tes that are lying in the shop(I think there are at least 1 for each of the last two sets).

Our current playgroup can supply 6 players. The major issue that our playgroup has, is that the majority are newbies with no cards of their own , so a release tournament that will given them 'S**t loads of boosters' , to quote Ms. McCraw, would be most welcome :-)

It would also be a great way to meet the other V:tes players in Edinburgh and maybe get organised league play started (the shop also has a pack for this?).

Anyway, I know you are waaaaaay too busy at the moment , but any news you do have......please post here.

The vtes Lords of the Night tournament (held yesterday) was a lot of fun but not without its faults.

As we speak I'm sitting at home with a cold after 5 hours in Black Lions basement which was freezing.
But the main problem was the prize support. We had been promised "shit loads of boosters" from old prize support packages. When we arrive, said prize support was not at the store even though the tournament had been advertised 2 weeks before. Things didn't get any better after that. To get our prizes on the same day we had to pick them up ourselves. When it came to picking up the boosters they were no where to be found and in their place we got 3 already opened Kindred Most Wanted boosters.

I enjoyed the games but I must say the tournament was very poorly organized.
