What weighs more than a kettle?

When I came out of hospital they said to me:
"Don't lift anything heavier than a kettle for the first 3 months. After that break it in slowly."

In the first month I tried to lift a case of bottles of water. That was a mistake. And I do have to say I learned from it. I no longer try to lift big boxes full of water.

In the second month my cat escaped out of the kitchen and I chased her down. Given her disposition to going back downstairs under her own steam I picked her up with the intention of carrying her. Shall we just say that my cat definitely weighs more than a kettle. Even a full one. I now no longer lift the cat if I can avoid it.

Conpulsion. We established that Malcolm weighs more than a kettle. But not much. That hurt too.

So by now you'd think that I'd have learnt my lesson and would have stopped lifting heavy things.

Apparently not.

1 order arrived in the shop. 5 heavy boxes...

I think I'll leave the rest to your imagination and go and sit down for a while.
