This new 60-miniature set introduces the Anvilborn, no-aspect creatures that work in any warband and introduce a number of new mechanics, including Drive, an ability that automatically moves minis during the spawn phase—whether you want them to or not.

We'll be playing limited format at this event which means each player takes two boosters (so cost is £20) and creates a 12 piece warband out of them. This combined with the refresh rule (which allows you at the start of one of your spawn phases to put what is in your graveyard into your reserves again) makes an interesting type of game. It'll be everyone's first time seeing the pieces which is always fun.

We'll be playing this on Sunday 29th April. Start time is 11am with play to begin at 12noon (as always). Where is a trickier question, if I get more than 12 people sign up quickly enough I'll try and get a bigger venue (somewhere like the Vicky Park), if I don't I will just hold it in the shop.
