Dude, we're all knackered from the convention last weekend and preparing for the Nationals this weekend. Give us a break, will ya? I'm totally going to start up some sort of league when I get back from my holiday, so chill. I have more prize support than any sane person should. It'll be fine.

Okay, I'm going to be on holiday for the next 2 weeks, back on the 16th; in the meantime, I would recommend the 3 Tuns, though I'm often stuck in Black Lion Saturdays for Warmachine (I say stuck, actually it's a fantastic game).

The other option is just picking another night; I think the 3 Tuns does Monday nights too, or else we can use the shop basement - I have keys, you see, so I can shut the place up when I'm done. Does require me to be about though.

Either way, we have a few options on top of that:
a) We just play some games. I could borrow Liam's pre-cons for new or lapsed players, otherwose its just a throw-down to see what our decks do.
b) We play a league - there was one that WW brought out a while back with prizes and everything, that Liam still has in the shop. It had special rules which could change weekly/every session kinda thing.
c) We start up with tournaments, probably quite small at first, with proper sanctioning and prize support. A bit more high pressure for the noobs and returnees.

I'd say, in my humble opinion, that a progression through these stages would be good. Start off with casual play, everyone meeting each other kinda thing, then introduce league/tourney play.

I will say one thing though: I'm not gonna be doing this every minute of every day. I'm also a pressganger for Warmachine, I'd like to do some roleplaying, and I'm trying to write a game or 2 as well. I'd be looking to have things either fortnightly or else have a situation where people can play without me around. Sound okay?

Ok some things and ogranization I can manage cause I've doing National Champ and many local tournaments including Prophecy League in Poland. I think we can discuss this when you come back and be ready and when other poeple join discussion.I prefer League or some games personally.

Anyway I met with Borris tommorow (SAturday) in 3tunes at 2pm and with another player if someone interested , welcome :)

We play in Saturday and it was really fun. I hope we repeat this. Unfortunatly at this Saturday my second player back on Eastern H.

Had a really great few games of vampire last Saturday afternoon in 3 Tuns. Would be up for more games and some tournaments too. I can't get enough of this great vampire stuff!

Finally I found Black-lion shop. With little help google maps and folk who step in (cause the door looks like shops were closed:) )
Anyway I liked it:) They got Vtes cards and many many board games. I dont have time to look on the rest of stuff.
The shop stuff was really nice and the lady behind the desk:)

no problem with using the 3 tuns on a sat or sun afternoon.
feel free to speak to the staff- all are either gamers or ex-gamers.
we will be playing vampire (masquerade) on monday night run by george, but there will be an overabundance of players so if anyone fancies gm-ing a game feel free to grab some folk!
On the monday night we also have the doctor who society who meet from 7pm onwards and a texas hold 'em group who meet up about ten.

We with Marlena and Borris meet with Glasgow players on last Saturday and was really fun. Probably they could came to Edin on this Saturday, but it would be great if we could gather some more players than only 3 from Edi.
