Star Wars Starship Battles

So I've seen rumour that this is out on the 30th (seems like an odd date to me, a Thursday but then what do I know about these things?) so all I want to know is when might these be in store and do we know the prices yet for the starter set (seeing it has 2 huge starships in it)?

Can't wait to get my grubby paws on this so I hope they dont all sell out before I get a chance to get round to the shop.

Currently working on a set of campaign rules for SW minis (based around the style of the Galactic Conquest mode in Star Wars Battlefront 2 Video game) that can include the Starships too. I'll post them up if folks are interested once I've playtested them a bit with my mate.

I was lucky enough to play around with a pile of these figures when I visited our distributor's offices last month and they're beautiful!

We have pre-ordered them and they are due to ship on Thursday to arrive on Friday. Starters come in at £30 and the boosters are £15.

Each Starship Battles Starter Set contains:
• 8 randomized, fully painted, plastic miniatures.
• 2 exclusive miniatures--
o Super Star Destroyer Executor
o Mon Calamari Star Defender Viscount
• Full-colour game stat cards
• Fully illustrated battle map
• 20-sided die
• Rulebook
• 2 Fleet Commander cards
• Damage and Command counters

Each Starship Battles Booster Pack contains:
• 7 starship miniatures from the Star Wars universe
• Full-colour game stat cards

And the X-Wings and Tie-Fighters are everything you could hope for too :)
