Monday October 2nd 2006. As of 2300hrs GMT Edinburgh is a city at war! A vacuum formed by the recent loss of its ruling Camarilla Prince has left the city wide open to attack and subversion from within the ranks of both the Camarilla and the Sabbat alike.

Tonight saw the unlikely forming of alliances that will hopefully stand through these troubled times and weather the oncoming storm that is about to rock the east coast of the country. Gun fights and attacks on the Museum of Scotland where but the tip of the iceberg, when riots broke out on Leith Walk and casualties among the mortal population caused the authorities to step and deploy riot control. Needless to say dozens where injured during the crowd control and there where more than a few fatalities caused.

Even the safe haven of Elysium was violated by those kindred who showed little respect for the Masquerade and that too was shattered as one kindred used his talents in the public eye, causing mass panic and confusion.

The safe haven of The 3 Tuns was also besieged when over three dozen lupines attacked without warning or seemingly provocation and many kindred faced final death to buy precious moments for their allies to escape to the fortified Elysium beneath the castle itself.

While the remaining Primogen seek council in their fortified bunker, outside Edinburgh is a city being torn apart as hundreds of lupines from as far away as Inverness and Newcastle descend upon the city and seek to destroy every last vampire they can. I only pray that help may yet reach us for I free Edinburgh will fall.
